Employability

At Flourish Glasgow, we offer sector-based ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) programmes designed to equip learners with the language skills and practical experience they need to succeed in the workplace. Our courses focus on key sectors including care, hospitality, and social enterprise, combining classroom learning with hands-on work experience.

Learners have the opportunity to gain:

• Work experience placements to build confidence and real-world skills

• Barista training for hospitality roles

• Accredited Level 1 & 2 Food Hygiene and Food Allergy Awareness certifications

Through our programmes, participants not only improve their English and employability skills, but also gain the confidence, qualifications, and practical experience needed to thrive in their chosen sector.
